Who am I?
My name is Nadia and I’m a photographer based in Esk, Queensland. I photograph people because I find them interesting. I want to connect with them and celebrate who they are, through my images.
I’m a devoted Mother to my three wonderful daughters. Somewhere along the journey of Motherhood and working to pay the bills, I started to lose my self. So when I commenced a Diploma of Photo-Imaging in January of 2015 it was something just for me. What began as a way of self-empowerment soon became a way to empower others.
It’s easy to get overwhelmed by the lives we live. My clients have a special kind of courage that allows them to pause for a moment and reflect on who they are and how they really feel about themselves. When they book a session with me, its a way of saying “I’m worth it – I am important too.”
My work has been featured in Femme Rebelle Magazine, as well as Dark Beauty Magazine. It’s always an honour to see my images published. However my proudest achievements are the canvases that hang on my clients walls and the albums they share with their loved ones.
